Wayne Gross and Alan Greenberg, co-founding partners of Greenberg Gross LLP, a flourishing Costa Mesa law firm, attribute much of their success to their client-centered approach.
“One [office design feature] we’re proud of is the firm’s logo: a pair of interlocking Gs displayed throughout the office, etched in the windows, on our letterhead, obviously – even on our cuff links!” says Gross. “We want to reinforce that we work hand in hand with our clients.”
Greenberg Gross’s expansive offices, located on the 17th floor of the Center Tower at South Coast Plaza – one of the tallest buildings in Orange County – showcases rich furnishings and design accents that reflect the firm’s, as Gross says, “sophisticated and cosmopolitan atmosphere.” These include walnut cabinetry with granite tops, walls painted in contrasting hues and a colorful variety of contemporary art pieces that showcase some originals and serialized prints.
Notable rooms in the law firm’s office include its 500-square-foot Main Conference Room (pictured), which offers a stunning view looking north across Orange County; the War Room, a windowless space with floor-to-ceiling dry-erase boards on three of its four walls; the soundproof VIP Room, which offers a 270-degree view of O.C.; and the staffers’ break room, which includes a flat-screen TV and a well-stocked refrigerator and pantry.
