David T. Shackelford
David T. Shackelford is a trial lawyer who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex business litigation matters in both state and federal courts across the United States. Mr. Shackelford has extensive experience litigating cases in a variety of areas of law including commercial litigation, business torts, intellectual property disputes, trade secrets, unfair competition, defamation, fraud, contracts, and white collar litigation. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, private businesses, executives, artists, and celebrities.
David graduated from Harvard Law School where he served as an Article Editor for the Harvard International Law Journal and was a quarter-finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition. While pursuing his law degree, David externed at the California Attorney General’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston.
