Lucia Rodriguez serves as Administrative Director at Greenberg Gross LLP, where she oversees the firm’s daily operations and supports key HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and recruiting. She focuses on streamlining processes, ensuring accuracy, and fostering an efficient and supportive workplace environment.

Lucia earned her B.A. in Law & Society and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is also an active member of the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (OC-ALA).
