About Michael A. Burnette

Michael Burnette is a passionate advocate for employees throughout the state of Nevada. His practice is dedicated to exclusively representing individual plaintiffs in employment disputes involving claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Mr. Burnette has worked on a variety of employment cases against private and public employers in both state and federal court. Prior to joining Greenberg Gross LLP, Mr. Burnette gained invaluable insights into the strategies and tactics used by employers in employment disputes. This experience now empowers Mr. Burnette to effectively counter these strategies to maximize the recovery for his clients.
At Greenberg Gross, Mr. Burnette prides himself on providing tailored guidance to each client based on their individual situations and experiences. Mr. Burnette is dedicated to supporting employees who have been wronged by their employer. He understands the devastating impact that occurs when an employee is wrongfully terminated or otherwise mistreated at work, and appreciates how a person’s job is very much a part of their identity.
Mr. Burnette received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. During his time at Gonzaga, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Maryann Moreno of the Spokane Superior Court. This externship provided Mr. Burnette with invaluable experience in various civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, contractual disputes, and premises liability.
