Greenberg Gross LLP is pleased to announce that Partners Sarah Kelly-Kilgore and Matthew S. Ingles and Associate Claire-Lise Y. Kutlay have been selected by Super Lawyers as 2021 Southern California Rising Stars. They were honored because of their outstanding records as litigators and trial lawyers. Only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Southern California receive this distinction.
Administrative Partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office, Kilgore was named by the Los Angeles Business Journal to its 2020 list of “Top Women Attorneys” and was listed among the “Top 40 Under 40” by the Daily Journal in 2019. Kilgore also was named as one of the nominees for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2021 Women’s Leadership Awards, the winners of which will be announced later this month. Earlier this year, she won a significant arbitration award on behalf of Darigold, Inc., having served as lead counsel in a breach-of-contract action. In 2020, she was part of a Greenberg Gross trial team that won a jury verdict against rideshare giant Uber Technologies in a trade secrets case. Ingles secured dismissal of a breach-of-contract action brought against Beyond Meat, the publicly traded meat-alternative company, by a high-profile investor. Both Kilgore and Kutlay were lead attorneys in a gender discrimination case against an Am Law 100 law firm brought by a female partner that the Daily Journal called “groundbreaking.”
