About Marian L. Massey
Counsel
Marian Massey is an experienced employment attorney and counsel at Greenberg Gross. Marian is licensed in Nevada and Texas, and represents plaintiffs in a broad range of employment disputes before administrative agencies, arbitration tribunals, state courts, and federal courts. Marian is compassionate and utilizes her extensive experience to fight for employees that have been wronged by their employers.
Before joining Greenberg Gross, Marian represented clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters involving employment litigation, business disputes, contract litigation, trademark infringement, and personal injury tort claims. Marian’s successful results have not gone unnoticed, and she has been recognized as a Top Rank attorney in Nevada for several years, as well as a Super Lawyer in Employment & Labor.
Marian is also the Vice Chair of the Labor & Employment Section of the Nevada State Bar. During her time on the Board, Marian initiated a partnership with Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and the Labor & Employment Section to provide networking and educational opportunities for students and attorneys in the community. Marian is also a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys, and a pro bono advocate for individuals with limited resources and difficult legal issues through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
Marian received her law degree at the University of San Diego (USD) and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. During her time at USD, Ms. Massey was a Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review, a judicial extern for Justice Richard Huffman of the California 4th District Court of Appeal, a member of the Mock Trial team, and a participant in moot court competitions. Marian continues to use the tools she learned in law school to effectively advocate for plaintiffs in and outside of the courthouse.
