About David C. Kiebler
Counsel
David Kiebler is a former federal prosecutor and a seasoned trial lawyer who has served as lead advocate in numerous jury trials in Nevada, Texas, and Kentucky federal courts. As a federal prosecutor, David prosecuted the most serious and impactful cases ranging from sophisticated white collar crime, Mexican cartel-led international drug and firearm trafficking, fentanyl trafficking, and armed robbery sprees targeting large banks and retail stores. As an Assistant and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in Nevada, Texas, and Kentucky, David pursued justice for child victims exploited by adult predators, adult victims of sex trafficking, elderly victims targeted by fraudsters, and victims of violent crime. David also spearheaded a community-based educational and support program that worked with families who tragically lost loved ones to drug overdose deaths. David will draw upon the experience gained over the 11 years he spent representing the United States to pursue the maximum recovery for each of his clients.
Prior to joining the United States Department of Justice, David worked at two regional law firms representing large corporations in catastrophic injury and death cases as well as products liability matters. He also served as in-house counsel for a federal agency handling labor and employment disputes. In that role, David served as lead advocate at three binding arbitrations and defended agency management in numerous matters before the EEOC. Previously, he served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Will T. Scott (Ret.) of the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
