Sarah Campbell is the Director of Culture and Client Success at Greenberg Gross LLP, where she works to enhance workplace culture and elevate the client experience, guided by the firm’s commitment to being Better Than Yesterday. She leads the intake team, drives employee engagement initiatives, and supports firm leadership with recruiting, onboarding, and HR functions.

With more than 15 years of experience in legal administration and executive support, Sarah brings expertise in client relations, human resources, and business operations. She is recognized for her organizational skills, collaborative leadership, and ability to foster a positive environment where both employees and clients feel supported and valued.

Sarah joined Greenberg Gross in 2019 as a Legal Assistant and Practice Group Administrator, where she provided executive-level support in a high-volume litigation environment. In 2024, she transitioned into her current role, where her multidisciplinary background and growth mindset continue to make her a driving force in strengthening both firm culture and the client experience.
