Wayne R. Gross Recognized by The National Law Journal as 2019 Elite Boutique Trailblazer

The National Law Journal has selected Partner and Co-Founder Wayne R. Gross to its 2019 list of Elite Boutique Trailblazers. Gross and the firm were recognized for two major verdicts in California, making Greenberg Gross the only firm in California to have victories on the Los Angeles Daily Journal’s “Top Verdicts” list on both the defense and plaintiff side in the same year. One victory includes a complete defense verdict by the law firm Buchalter in a $500 million civil RICO case; the other was a multimillion-dollar verdict for a whistleblower in a retaliation case involving fraud and corruption in the Montebello school district. Gross also obtained final approval of a $17 million settlement in a nationwide class action lawsuit against PHH Corp. involving real estate kickbacks.
