Counsel

Brian Suba is an experienced trial lawyer with a wide range of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining Greenberg Gross, Mr. Suba spent over a decade representing leaders in the transportation, retail, and hospitality industries in complex litigation matters pertaining to commercial litigation, employment litigation, products liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic/personal injury.  Mr. Suba has extensive experience handling high-profile, high-exposure matters in State and Federal Court.  During law school, Mr. Suba interned at the Multiple Conflicts Office representing indigent individuals charged with only the most complicated and serious homicide and special circumstances cases throughout San Diego County.   Mr. Suba now focuses his practice on fighting for survivors of institutional childhood sexual abuse.
