Sammy Sugiura is a seasoned trial attorney who represents employees in complex labor, employment, and constitutional law matters nationwide. He has taken more than 100 cases to trial and has built a strong record of success in high-stakes litigation.

Mr. Sugiura is dedicated to advocating for individuals who have experienced workplace discrimination and harassment based on protected characteristics, including race, gender, age, disability, and religion. In addition, Mr. Sugiura represents employees in class and collective actions involving wage and hour violations. His work in this area includes cases involving unpaid overtime, employee misclassification, and failure to compensate workers for all hours worked.
