About Giselle Garcia-Contreras
Case Manager
Giselle is a Case Manager in the Personal Injury and Elder Abuse Department at Greenberg Gross LLP. With more than eight years of experience as a case manager, she has built a strong foundation handling personal injury claims, including car accidents, slip and falls, and other intricate cases. Over time, she has expanded her expertise to more complex and sensitive matters involving elder abuse and sexual assault.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is currently a second-year law student at the William S. Boyd School of Law. In law school, Giselle serves on the board of La Voz, the Latino law student organization, where she works to advance mentorship and support for underrepresented students in the legal profession.
Fluent in Spanish, Giselle is able to connect with and better serve Spanish-speaking clients and families. She also volunteers at a community forms clinic, where law students, under the supervision of licensed attorneys, assist low-income individuals with legal paperwork. Through this work, she combines her skills and language abilities to give back and help expand access to justice for underserved populations.
