Samantha is a Mexican attorney who passed the New York Uniform Bar Exam in February 2025 and is in the process of seeking admission to the New York Bar. She currently serves as a Law Clerk at Greenberg Gross LLP, where she focuses on employment law and supports litigation from case inception through trial.
Samantha has represented clients in labor, employment, immigration, and family law matters, handling litigation, settlements, arbitration, and mediation, as well as drafting motions, preparing immigration forms, translating case documents, and guiding clients through discovery and testimony preparation. Internationally, she served as a Diplomatic Adviser at the Permanent Mission of Malta to the United Nations, where she attended General Assembly and Security Council meetings on global human rights issues and drafted analytical reports for the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs.
She holds an LL.B. (J.D. equivalent) from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and an LL.M. in Comparative Legal Studies from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law, where she also studied abroad at Universidad de Cádiz in Spain, focusing on criminal law and ethics.
Samantha is admitted to practice in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico, and is a native Spanish speaker fluent in English. Her research interests include employment and labor law, comparative legal systems, torts, and the intersection of international law and human rights.
