About Cheryl Winsten

Legal Secretary

Cheryl has acquired extensive expertise working in civil litigation as both a Legal Secretary and Paralegal for over thirty years. At Greenberg Gross LLP, she supports the firm’s partners in its high stakes business litigation and white-collar crime practice areas. She manages cases from intake through trial, paying attention to every detail to ensure that cases are handled expeditiously. With extensive e-filing experience at the state, federal, and appellate court levels in numerous jurisdictions across the U.S., she excels in the civil litigation arena.

Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Arts  degree in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She is also an avid film buff.
