About

Chase is an Associate Attorney at Greenberg Gross who represents employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace disputes. She is committed to helping employees navigate difficult workplace situations and ensuring that each client has a strong, thoughtful advocate in their corner.

Before joining Greenberg Gross and representing employees, Chase built her legal career on the other side of the table. She began as a law clerk with the Oregon Department of Justice’s Civil Litigation Division, where she researched and drafted motions and pleadings involving civil rights, employment, and wrongful death matters. She later defended cities and counties in employment disputes and civil rights claims and advised businesses on employment agreements, terminations, and workplace compliance.

That experience gave Chase firsthand insight into how employers, government entities, and their counsel evaluate workplace claims, assess risk, and approach litigation. She ultimately chose to bring that perspective to Greenberg Gross, where she could use it to advocate for the individuals affected by those decisions. Her experience on both sides of workplace disputes allows her to anticipate how opposing counsel may assess and litigate a case while remaining focused on protecting her clients’ rights and interests.

Chase earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Willamette Journal of International Law & Dispute Resolution and earned a Certificate in Law and Business. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.

At Greenberg Gross, Chase draws on her background in government litigation, employment defense, and business counseling to advocate for employees throughout Nevada. She approaches each matter with practical legal judgment, strategic focus, and a commitment to helping clients pursue meaningful accountability and the best possible outcome.
