About
Pancy Lin brings two decades of litigation experience to Greenberg Gross where she exclusively represents California employees who have been wronged by their employers.
Before joining the firm, she spent years defending public and private employers in employment matters. That extensive defense background gives Pancy valuable insight into how employers, insurance companies, and their counsel evaluate claims, assess exposure, and develop litigation strategy. Her diverse background allows Pancy to understand which arguments carry weight, how defendants approach risk, and where their strategies may be vulnerable. At Greenberg Gross, she uses that perspective to anticipate the opposition and develop thoughtful, strategic approaches on behalf of individual plaintiffs facing powerful institutions.
Pancy has substantial experience managing complex litigation from initial filing through trial and, when necessary, appeal. She has tried more than a dozen cases in California state and federal courts, and has handled appeals before both state and federal appellate courts.
Pancy has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2005. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from UCLA, where she double-majored in Economics and Asian American Studies.
Outside of the office, Pancy enjoys Lagree fitness classes, riding her Peloton, traveling, discovering great food and wine, and settling in with a good book.
