Founding Partners Alan Greenberg and Wayne Gross Again Named to List of Top 100 Lawyers in California
The Daily Journal named founding partners, Alan Greenberg and Wayne Gross, two of the nation’s elite trial lawyers, on its 2020 list of the Top 100 lawyers in California. The list, published on September 16, 2020, recognizes lawyers who have made an impact on the legal profession and society by handling the most challenging and cutting-edge legal work. Greenberg was honored, in part, for his dramatic jury trial victory against rideshare giant Uber and Uber’s co-founders in a significant trade secrets matter. Gross was singled out, in part, for his role in filing a groundbreaking federal lawsuit on behalf of UC Hastings Law School and others against the City and County of San Francisco over the Tenderloin’s sharp increase in unsafe and “deplorable conditions” amid the COVID-19 outbreak. The lawsuit helped alleviate a massive public health crisis and protect the 3,000 children who live in the Tenderloin.
