About Emily N. Malloch
Associate
Emily Malloch is an associate at Greenberg Gross LLP. Ms. Malloch is a passionate advocate for her clients, with her practice primarily focusing on the representation of survivors of childhood sexual assault in claims against individuals and institutions, including religious institutions and public school districts.
Prior to joining Greenberg Gross, Ms. Malloch worked at a mid-size litigation firm, representing clients in complex matters involving personal injury claims, professional liability, public entity liability, and employment litigation in both state and federal court. Ms. Malloch received her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she participated in the Experian/Jones Day Moot Court. During law school, she served as the student leader for the Elder Abuse Restraining Order Clinic, through which she assisted elders in Orange County in seeking and obtaining civil restraining orders against their abusers. Ms. Malloch also participated in UCI Law School’s Domestic Violence Clinic, where she advocated for survivors of domestic violence by obtaining civil restraining orders, initiating divorce proceedings, and navigating custody disputes.
Ms. Malloch received her undergraduate degree in English, with a minor in Legal Studies, from California Lutheran University.
