Eve Canton is an associate attorney at Greenberg Gross LLP, where her practice focuses on representing survivors of sexual assault and victims of elder abuse. She is known for her thoughtful, strategic, and client-centered approach to litigation, guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives with both compassion and precision.
Before becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Canton gained more than four years of hands-on trial experience as a law clerk, building a strong foundation in case strategy, trial preparation, and complex civil litigation. Her background gives her a comprehensive understanding of litigation from the ground up and allows her to contribute meaningfully at every stage of a case.
Ms. Canton has extensive experience conducting legal research, drafting motions and briefs, analyzing complex factual and legal issues, and managing demanding caseloads. She works across all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation investigation through trial and appeal, and has developed a particular passion for courtroom advocacy.
Ms. Canton pursued a career in law because of her belief that advocacy has the power to create meaningful change. She is deeply committed to using the legal system to pursue accountability, amplify the voices of vulnerable individuals, and help drive both individual and broader social progress.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College and received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.
