Joneis M. Phan is an experienced trial attorney renowned for his adeptness in resolving legal matters for his clients through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Prior to Greenberg Gross, Mr. Phan’s experience included working at large national and global law firms, specializing in complex litigation, providing representation to clients both domestically and internationally. Mr. Phan’s expertise encompasses employment law, data and privacy law, products liability, catastrophic tort law, personal injury law, patent law, professional malpractice, business and commercial litigation in both state and federal court.
