Danna Lagunes is an Intake Specialist at Greenberg Gross LLP who is passionate about making clients feel heard and supported during challenging times. With two years of experience in employment and sexual assault matters, she is often one of the first points of contact for clients, combining empathy with accuracy to ensure a smooth start to the legal process. Her background in customer service, including a supervisory role, strengthened her skills in team management and client support, which she now brings to her work at the firm.

Her education spans Hospitality and Tourism, which gave her the opportunity to work with diverse populations and develop the ability to handle sensitive situations with care. Danna is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing her to assist a broad range of clients and communities.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer, a sport she has pursued since age 11 and which has taken her to tournaments across the country. She also likes watching TV series, with Desperate Housewives as a favorite, and listening to music to relax.
