About

Eric Lundy is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Las Vegas office where he represents employees who have suffered discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Eric believes that everyone deserves strong representation, and fights for those who have been wronged by their employers. The son of a machinist and a rehabilitation specialist, Eric grew up seeing firsthand how much people rely on their jobs — and how vulnerable they can be when an employer wrongs them.

Eric began his legal career representing companies who had been accused of unlawful employment practices. While the experience gave him valuable insight into how employers view risk and litigate cases, Eric knew he was meant to do something more aligned with his values, so he joined Greenberg Gross. Today, his practice focuses on representing employees on cases involving workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Eric also has extensive experience within the judiciary, externing for the Hon. James C. Mahan of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada during law school and serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Chief Judge Michael P. Gibbons of the Nevada Court of Appeals immediately following law school. Those experiences taught him valuable lessons about how courts evaluate cases and the attorneys who excel in the courtroom.

During law school, Eric distinguished himself as a legal extern with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He received the Patrick Chapin Workplace Law Award and the Dean’s Award. He was also a member of the law school’s moot court team and served as Treasurer of the law school’s chapter of the American Constitution Society.

Today, Eric combines his experience in government agencies, the judiciary, and private practice to fight for employees throughout Nevada. The fight is never over, but Eric believes it is always worth the effort.
