About Brittany Cunningham
Litigation Paralegal
Brittany Cunningham is a Litigation Paralegal at Greenberg Gross LLP, where she supports complex cases involving childhood sexual assault and personal injury. She brings extensive experience in trial preparation, discovery, and case management, with a strong background in organizing evidence, drafting legal documents, and coordinating litigation calendars.
Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where she was a Nau Scholarship recipient, Sigma Alpha Pi member, and Dean’s List honoree each semester. She also holds an Associate of Arts degree in History from San Antonio College.
She is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Nevada and an active member of the Paralegal Division of the Nevada Bar and the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA).
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys playing the saxophone and is currently learning the harp and piano. She also loves hiking, camping, and traveling, often accompanied by her dachshund and chihuahua.
