About Sami Ghanem
ASSOCIATE
Sami Ghanem is an associate at Greenberg Gross LLP, focusing on employment litigation and complex business disputes. Prior to joining Greenberg Gross, Mr. Ghanem worked in the New York office of an international law firm in its litigation department. Before that, he clerked for the Honorable Robert G. Doumar of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
In the context of his work on behalf of employees, Mr. Ghanem is a dedicated advocate for people facing workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. At our firm, Mr. Ghanem takes a client-centered approach, understanding the complexities and emotions involved in disputes against employers. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate the legal process and aims to empower them to hold their employers accountable.
Mr. Ghanem earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2022, where he sat on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law and served as a Virginia Law Ambassador. He also competed in UVA’s Lile Intramural Moot Court and led multiple student organizations. Prior to law school, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating in 2019.
